Day 2 of Orientation

Day 2 of orientation. I woke up at 6am. left for the Kelana Jaya LRT station at 6.30 which i then proceeded to wait for the 7am T623 bus. The ride was 15 minutes, and i walked to college which took me 12 minutes due to my shoes..something is wrong with it. hmm..

So i came so early. *yawn*. listened to music while staring down from the 2nd floor, which i then spotted monde in the car with his sis. dammit ! could have followed them. RAWR !

Oh well...

The seniors came in to take attendance, then Dr Lim Tong Ming which is the associate professor of SCT came to give his speech. Quite welcoming yet he reminded us not to play around which i would not want to do here hehe. Then Ms Alice Joshua which is the Head of Academics gave her speech as well. Then my course coordinator, Mr Christopher Ong..gave his speech..and yea..he called me at 10am last week while i was still asleep asking for my email address lulz.

All in all, they were very welcoming and told us to approach them if we needed help. Any problems at all.

Then we had a treasure hunt organized by the SCT student council. It was ok...since again it was like the mufy game's telematch..the clues were miscommunicated. We had to dry this shirt that they frost in those cylinder type casing you buy your discs. Well 1st of was to break the ice then to dry the shirt. Not an easy task. The driest shirt won, but not ours lol. My team gave me the shirt cause i was the leader =P.

Then break. eat alone again =(.

At 4pm, we were briefed by our coordinator about the course and was given the timetable. Only on wednesday i have to wake up early @@. Oh yea, its not 10 people in CSC btw, its 18 lulz. Probably they didnt come yesterday.

Lancaster University

Today was my 1st day of orientation at Lancaster University..It was ok i guess..i listened to the same talk by the Heads of Sunway..but Elizabeth Lee made her's more unique like sort of a motherly way lol and my head was quite high in the sky due to the medicine i ate before coming lol...then we had break.

I ate alone at medan, since i do not know anyone yet at the moment..so sad =(((. After that, i went to Audi 6 for more orientation. This time, with the SCT(School of Computer Technology) student council. Quite a friendly bunch of people..the ice breaking session however was sort of funny..

Then when we seperated into our designated course. Me being computer science, went to the corner there. There were only 10 people for computer science. 9 guys and 1 girl. MADNESS?!?!THIS IS SPARTAAAAAAAAAAA !

So far i got to know only 4 guys..if i got their name right...its rody, bashar, henry and shi-..i forgot the korean guy's name. will ask again tomorrow.

Must be the Haze..

I went to the doctors today and i was diagnosed with tonsils infection..like i didnt see that coming..the sides of my throat were aching immensely yesterday everytime i swallow..now less due to the antibiotics..

I did tell my mom to take me to the doctors...but nooooOooo..she ask me to eat those medicines that were at home. Well they did work for a week, but it came back. =(

So now i have to eat 4 kinds of medicine. woopee~

Hopefully better by tomorrow.
